Q. Are MOBES really free?

​          A. Yes! Our MOBES program is completely free to you. 

Q. Where does the money come from?

          A. The program is paid by Energy Trust of Oregon from

               funds received from utility companies such as PGE

               and Northwest Natural Gas.

Q. I had a MOBE done several years ago. Am I still eligible? 

          A. No. This program is a one time deal per address. 

Q. Do you finance?

          A. No, we do not. However, we take all major credit cards.
